They were extremely helpful during the transition, and things seemed to work quite quickly once the transition was finished. 3 years agoBill and Cathie are an amazing team. Our experience with Bill handling my sons ICBC accident far exceeded our expectations. He met with us in the hospital while our son was recovering and then again at our house when he was discharged from the hospital. They arranged for anything that was needed. They had no problem taking the time to explain things we didn’t understand throughout the whole process.
